Oct - NovVerify October 1 enrollment, resolve duplicates, submit ACS. PDE sends weekly status emails with counts.
- Highlight row 8 (headers), turn on filters
- Filter column P (16) 'OTHER LEA TYPE' for each type
- Filter column T (20) for OCCCTC or COMCTC if applicable
- Duplicates with sending LEA + E05 code are expected
- Duplicates with IU expected if Special Ed Referral = N
- Withdrawn students still listed? Request deletion from PIMS support
PSSA Accountability (#1 and #2)
Apr - MayImportant: ELA and Math/Science have different snapshot dates. Run each report twice.

Grad Drop Cohort
Aug - NovAttribution rules run daily once turned on. Check these reports every day until the Frozen Cohort File is created.
- Check final column: Attribution Type (attributed in or away)
- Filter by Graduate: verify each is correctly marked
- Filter by Non-Graduate: check Grad Status (some blank, some Dropout)
- View the Unaccounted For Students tab
- Students from grades 9-11 not reported in subsequent years without final grad status
